We started with freecrm.com however after having to deal with their customer support we have decided to look else where for a company that is serious about their customers, free or paying.

As was said earlier in the blog, "Make sure you select wisely and try not to keep changing or you will be spending more time on your CRM and less time on selling" If you are to follow this, stay away from freecrm.com.

Thank you for sharing the leads, will look in to each of them.

If you are looking for a CRM running on Google Infrastructure, which you can map to your sub-domain using Google Apps, you might also want to check out Google App Engine powered, iFreeTools CRM : http://crm.ifreetools.com

Includes..
* free rebranding,
* sub-domain mapping (via Google Apps),
* automated auditing,
* custom views
..and more.

Also, happy to see Zoho's offering listed - used to work there for over 8 years before I started out on my own. BTW, did you know that the vTiger initiative was also started there and was actually a fork of Sugar CRM's initial version.

iFreeTools CRM is very new to the scene and rapidly adding features. Hope you like it.

We use Cuesent CRM (www.cuesent.com). Free CRM for 3 users unlimited, but good enough for small businesses.

By way of background, my name is Sapna Roberts, and I am the Founder of www.micontacts.com. I read with interest your blog and ant to put my site forward to you for review.

For marketing purposes, MiContacts is a CRM system. However, it seeks to be different for a number of reasons:
1.	It transforms the way sales people manage information via a unique sales focused approach to task management
2.	It seeks to transform the way companies manage sales staff via real time KPI reporting (over 30 non financial KPI's) based on task activity as opposed to financial stats
3.	Its goal is to help companies increase qualified sales pipeline by 30% in 6 months via collaboration between management, sales and marketing

MiContacts enforces best practice sales prospecting techniques such as persistence, qualification and collaboration. It means the sales leads will receive 100% focus and therefore, a companies investment in sales is measurable and maximised well into the future.

MiContacts also sets out to challenge sales people to raise the bar on performance, through real time reporting on over 30 KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). Since peer pressure, team spirit and competition foster motivation far better than top down dictates, the communication of performance against KPI's via MiContacts motivates individuals and teams to work harder and learn from higher performing team members.

Sales people love using MiContacts because its simple to use and they can now manage their territory in an organised way. They also have access to non financial metrics which can predict the likelihood of future success meaning they can affect their future success now.

Thanks for your attention.
