By labeling someone as a slacker, you already limit yourself to seeing that person's potential. There are hidden leaders in slackers in almost every existing community. From school to work... Giving them responsibility and trust may be risky but the results can really pay off in the future. He or she will be a slacker no more... And the term Employee Evangelist Coordinator sounds pretty good.
