about 35 years ago, when i began a career in sales, most people in sales knew how to tell deep stories about their product or service. story-telling is a lost art (both in business and socially/culturally). today, most "reps" want to STATE (without passion or background) what their product or service can do (or features really) and leave it at that, expecting the person to buy or not. remember we are now in the "Mc" world of fast food, convergence, faster marriages and even faster billionaires/ bankruptcies.
telling your story ALWAYS gets more attention and more sales. BUZZ marketing does that. it is a constant story-teller.
