		<description>Good post Ron but you can&#039;t expect employees to understand the RISKs associated with business ownership.  It all looks so easy to them and they just expect every 2 weeks there will be a pay check for them.  

As for project management, this is what we do day in and day out. And we&#039;ve done it the same way for the last 5 years, functioning kind of on an as needed basis.  Your ideas have made me realize I need to pay more attention to how we manage this process and the roles our employees play in it.  Thanks.</description>
