Monday Buzz Party

No smoky rooms with lava lamps here.

Instead, consider having a Monday After-work buzz party. Everyone volunteers to stay one hour and create some buzz. Break up buzz items among each other, here are just some examples:

  • One person writes a press release
  • Article writing for article repositories
  • Website updates
  • Mail hand written cards and letters
  • Blog posts
  • Seminar planning
  • Podcast

Maybe the employer would like to provide some food and drink and use this as a team building exercise as well as buzz creation.

I am starting this in two weeks. I don’t know why I did not start it sooner.
